Walk-ins for these services can be accommodated in-between appointments but if you wish for us to set aside time for you, specifically the option to book in for this is possible but comes at a fee of $30

BEFORE BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT, PLEASE ENSURE YOU UNDERSTAND OUR BOOKING POLICY:

• ID is not required for permanent bracelet/anklet/necklace appointments.
• We are an 18+ studio. All minors will require a parent/legal guardian to sign on their behalf. We will require appropriate Identification from BOTH parties and proof of parenthood/guardianship. A medicare card with both parent and child's names on it can be used as proof of parenthood when the minor presents valid photo ID. A birth certificate can be used as ID for earlobe piercings ONLY.
• Bookings must be made under the name of the person the booking is for, you can use a preferred name.
• Ensure you bring appropriate & valid photo ID (Driver's License, Passport etc.) this is not to check your age, but to verify your identity on our release forms.
• Refrain from using any topical numbing agents on the piercing site prior to getting pierced.
• All bookings incur a $15 booking fee, this fee is non refundable and will be removed from the total cost of your service on the day.
• Do not arrive late to your appointment, late appointments will be subject to rescheduling and potential loss of booking deposit.
• We do not pierce anybody who is pregnant or breastfeeding due to health & hazard reasons.
